Role Overview: Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor at Wernick Hire, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling our 0800 telephone line. You will provide a professional and friendly service, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and directed to the appropriate depot or department.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls to the Wernick Hire 0800 telephone line in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Gather accurate and relevant information from customers to understand the nature of their enquiry.
  • Transfer calls promptly to the correct depot, department, or team member.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and call details where required.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring customers receive a positive experience.
  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
