Job Advertisement: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ipswich IP1 (Onsite)
Contract Length: 6 weeks (Potential to become permanent)
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to enhance their team. This temporary role requires a professional individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing insurance claims inquiries. People with experience within hospitality, retail, or care are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Regularly monitor emails for claim form requests and handle these requests efficiently.
- Update external databases with accurate claims information.
- Assist prospective clients by answering their calls and clearly explaining the claims process in relation to their insurance policies.
- Provide support to the claims department with various tasks, including claims handling and payment processing.

Position Specific Requirements
