Customer Service Advisor – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:45–17:00
Start Date: November 2026

We’re hiring Customer Service Advisors to support our pension members over the phone and in writing.
No experience in pensions or contact centres? No problem. You’ll get extensive training, ongoing coaching and support from a friendly, experienced team.
In the last couple of years, over half of our colleagues who joined on similar fixed term contracts have chosen to and moved into permanent roles and continued to grow their careers with Aon.

What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for members with questions about their pensions
- Answer inbound calls only (no cold calling) and respond to written queries
- Explain information in a clear, friendly way
- Update customer details and send written information
- Work in the office part of the week to benefit from coaching and team support

What we’re looking for

- Any previous customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, volunteering, office, etc.)
- A positive attitude, good communication skills and active listening
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic confidence with Microsoft Office
You’ll also work in line with Aon’s Risk Management Framework and policies, including completing mandatory training.
