£26,000 - £28,000

The Big Phone Store is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.

This is much more than answering phones and replying to emails. You'll help customers across every stage of their journey, investigate issues, solve problems and work with colleagues across the business to deliver outstanding service.

You'll communicate with customers by telephone, email, WhatsApp and online marketplaces, handling everything from product enquiries and order updates to returns, warranty enquiries and more complex customer cases.

As we continue to invest in AI and automation, our Customer Service team is able to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time helping customers with the enquiries that need a personal approach.

No experience within the mobile phone industry is required. We'll provide training and ongoing support to help you build your knowledge and confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll become an important part of our customer experience team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
