Customer Service Advisor (5 days onsite)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0BY

Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential for permanent employment

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts are scheduled on rotational basis
No Bank Holiday working required

  • Respond to inbound customer calls regarding personal loan accounts.
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests accurately and professionally.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience and aim for first-time resolution.
  • Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Update and maintain customer records accurately.
  • Meet agreed service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and customer service standards.
