About The Role
The Customer Service Advisor position in Nottingham is a permanent, full-time role based within the automotive repair industry. You will act as the primary contact for clients, coordinating appointments and managing vehicle collections and deliveries. Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process is central to the role, alongside ensuring smooth daily operations. Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach are essential. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for those keen to develop within a customer-focused environment. The salary is negotiable.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a busy vehicle repair centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a positive attitude who is looking to build a rewarding career. Full training will be provided.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and ensuring the smooth coordination of appointments, vehicle collections, and deliveries.

The Role
Key Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming and assisting customers in person and over the phone.
- Booking vehicles in for repair and arranging appointments.
- Providing regular updates to customers throughout the repair process.
- Coordinating vehicle collections and deliveries.
- Liaising with technicians, estimators, and insurers to ensure customers receive accurate information.
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

Desirable
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or service advisor role.
- Experience within the automotive, vehicle repair, or insurance industry.
- Experience using customer management or booking systems.
