We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to assist in supporting customers in our Leisure Centres. What You'll Be Doing

As Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional experiences for every visitor. You’ll go the extra mile to support our customers, delivering the highest standard of service, dealing with customer queries and resolving issues. You’ll be the face of our new leisure centre in ensuring seamless service and making every interaction count with our customers and residents.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • To assist customers with activity booking and enrolment on the Centre’s courses either in person or over the telephone.
  • To work as part of a team to ensure members and visitors are welcomed, and their needs understood in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
  • To operate the public address systems, telephones & booking system.
  • To ensure reconciliation of payments is carried out when required.
  • Driving positive change and promoting a proactive, customer-first culture.
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints across multiple platforms with professionalism and care.
  • Creating innovative ways to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Type: Permanent 36 hours per week

  • Some weekends and evening work will be required to meet service needs.
