Customer Service Advisor

Ipswich/hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

About the role:
Our Customer Service Advisors are at the heart of our business – part of an amazing team who are helping to enable a zero carbon, lower cost energy future by changing the way organisations generate, source and use energy…and we want you to be part of that!
We’re helping our customers through our decarbonisation solutions, including electric vehicle charging, and the supply of renewable electricity, and our customers need us to deliver an incredible customer experience as part of their net-zero journey.
You’ll be a first point of contact for our customers, both responding to queries and proactively managing their accounts – so you’ll build some fantastic relationships and feel a real sense of achievement from your work.

A trusted advisor, you’ll cover the end-to-end customer lifecycle. That means everything from making welcome calls, to resolving issues, to dealing with invoicing and payments, to spotting opportunities to…you name it, you’ll do it – so plenty of variety. Boredom is not an option!
Who we’re looking for:
You don’t need to have worked in customer services before (but great if you have) – what’s more important to us is that you’ve got a natural desire to give create a great experience for people. You’ll want to make a difference, you’ll want to resolve issues, and you’ll want to exceed expectation.
It’s likely you’ll enjoy taking ownership of things – you love getting the job done! You’re proactive, organised, and adaptable – a self starter and a great team player.
And it goes without saying you’ll be a strong communicator and relationship builder.
