Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Stoke Poges
Contract Length: 1 year (Maternity Cover)
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor – Core Team. This role is essential for delivering a professional, timely, and high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
Job Purpose
Working within a team of 8 as part of a wider Customer Services function, you will handle high volumes of inbound calls and customer emails. This is a key frontline role, supporting customers, maintaining service standards, and contributing to continuous improvement across the operation.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email accurately and within agreed service levels
- Process contract activities including transfers, contract queries, and refunds
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Effectively manage switchboard calls and route customers appropriately
- Support the team during peak periods by sharing workload and taking additional calls
- Identify and support process improvements alongside Team Leaders
- Work in line with industry regulations and internal policies

About You
- Experience in Asset Financials
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service by phone and email
- Experience in a high-volume customer service environment (financial services or B2B desirable)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Knowledge of FCA, FOS, or FLA desirable but not essential
