About The Role

This role involves supporting customers within the Network Operations team at Manton Wood, Worksop. About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Network Operations team at Manton Wood, Worksop on an ongoing basis.

This is a customer service-focused role where you will be responsible for supporting customers, responding to queries, and ensuring their requirements are dealt with accurately and efficiently.

You will play an important part in maintaining strong customer relationships while working closely with the planning, transport, and wider operations teams in a busy logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service to customers via telephone and email
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with order and delivery-related enquiries
  • Book and process customer orders accurately in line with customer requirements
  • Input and update information across customer and internal systems
  • Monitor shared inboxes and action emails appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and spreadsheets
  • Liaise with planning and transport teams to resolve customer queries
  • Keep customers updated regarding orders, deliveries, and any changes
  • Identify and escalate issues or exceptions to the management team promptly
  • Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks when required

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all administrative and customer service tasks are completed accurately and in line with company procedures
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times
  • Ensure customer and operational information is handled accurately and confidentially

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school / secondary education
  • Good understanding of IT systems
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, transport, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential
  • Full training and support will be provided
