The role
Customer Service Advisor
(Known internally as a Senior Property Services Advisor)
Beeston, NG9 1LA - £29,025 - £30,553 - 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Fixed-term contract (6 months) commencing 5 October 2025
Free parking available (subject to availability)
The office is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Beeston Train Station.
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and solving problems? Join our Customer Contact Team and play a key role in supporting customers with property repair and maintenance enquiries.
As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer enquiries across multiple channels and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

You'll be required to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis. Once fully trained, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely when on a 10am to 6pm shift.
