£26,139.21 per annum
Permanent, Full Time – 35 hours per week (agreed shift patterns between 8am and 5pm)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team. You will support customers through a growing range of digital channels such as telephone, live chat, social media, and email while also helping them to navigate our customer portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service across a range of channels.
- Responding to a wide range of customer enquiries and resolving them at the first point of contact wherever possible.
- Supporting customers with our customer portal and basic technical queries.
- Accurately recording customer interactions and actions on our systems.
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to resolve enquiries and keep customers informed.
- Contributing to service improvements and team performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communicators who can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Positive, adaptable, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
- IT literate, with experience of Microsoft Office and ideally CRM or Housing Management systems.
