About The Role
Pertemps Loughborough Commercial seeks a Customer Service Advisor for a full-time position in Leicestershire, paying £15.34 per hour. Acting as the initial contact for external clients, you will handle shipping requests and offer guidance on worldwide transit through phone, email, social media, and web-chat. Your role involves solving problems, building trust, and ensuring accurate first-time resolutions to reduce repeat contact. This position suits individuals who take pride in quality service, listen attentively, and assume responsibility for customer outcomes. You will support a prominent global brand by delivering effortless experiences and genuine care. My Client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their incredible team to be the first point of contact for external customers handling shipping requests. Providing information and advice on transiting goods worldwide via Phone, Email, Twitter, Facebook, Web-Chat etc.

Training
- 7 weeks structured training and mentoring process, helping you build confidence and capability from day one.
Job Role
- Managing Inbound calls to the business from Worldwide clients handling shipment requests
- Building rapport with customers and establishing their needs
- Care about quality and take pride in getting it right first time
- Look for opportunities to create effortless customer experiences
- Understand the value of working efficiently without compromising service
- Deliver a consistent call flow, giving the customer the confidence in the information provided
- Maximise upselling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice
- Be curious and engaged and always looking for ways to improve
- Work collaboratively and contribute positively to team success
