🎄 Christmas Customer Service Advisors (Fixed-Term Contracts) - 20 Opportunities Available!
📍 Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working)
📄 Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract - 10 Weeks
📅 Start Date: 02/11/2026 or 09/11/2026
💰 Salary: £12.83 per hour / £26,019.24 per year
Shift Pattern: Working hours are between 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Saturday. Employees will have one day off during the week, in addition to every Sunday.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the voice of our customers, helping to resolve enquiries and provide exceptional service during Peak.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and internal systems
- Investigating parcel and delivery-related queries
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Taking ownership of customer cases and seeing them through to resolution
- Providing updates and support throughout the customer journey
- Working closely with operational teams, couriers, depots, and ParcelShops
- Maintaining accurate customer records and case notes
- Supporting team performance and service level targets
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and finding solutions.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A positive attitude and passion for helping customers
- Confidence speaking to customers over the phone
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good attention to detail
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
Previous customer service or contact center experience is beneficial but not essential.
