About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion, providing tailored solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting the commercial success of the business.
You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their individual needs and provide an efficient, consultative service that delivers an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll ensure a smooth journey from enquiry to successful completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, travel, reservations or bookings who enjoys working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion.
- Respond to enquiries promptly, ensuring agreed service standards and response times are consistently met.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, taking the time to understand their preferences and providing a personalised service.
- Contact external suppliers to source suitable options, negotiating rates, availability and terms where appropriate.
- Take a proactive, phone-led approach to customer communication to maximise conversions and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure all information is accurate and up to date throughout the process.
- Work closely with colleagues across sales, operations and customer support to ensure a seamless handover.
- Take ownership of each enquiry, ensuring customers receive a high-quality service from initial contact through to successful completion.
- Contribute to customer retention by delivering an efficient, professional and consultative service.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, travel, bookings or a similar customer-facing role.
- Enjoys speaking with customers and building long-term relationships.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Can prioritise multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Is confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
