Job Summary
Robert Half is working with a leading property management company based in Central Leeds, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their leasing team on a temporary basis.
This is a customer-facing, telephone-based role where you will be speaking with prospective tenants regarding rental properties, arranging viewings and following up with customers to gather feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Following up on enquiries for available rental properties
- Speaking with prospective tenants and answering their initial queries
- Booking and coordinating property viewings
- Following up after viewings to obtain customer feedback
- Updating internal systems with enquiry and viewing information
- Providing a friendly, professional and positive customer experience

About You
- Immediately available and able to start ASAP
- Confident and personable with an excellent telephone manner
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to customers throughout the day
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Previous customer service, call centre, sales, lettings or property experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Happy to work 5 days per week from the Central Leeds office
