Location: Central Leeds
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Duration: Minimum 2 weeks
Rate: £12.71–£13.00 per hour
Start: ASAP

Job Summary
Robert Half is working with a leading property management company based in Central Leeds, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their leasing team on a temporary basis.
This is a customer-facing, telephone-based role where you will be speaking with prospective tenants regarding rental properties, arranging viewings and following up with customers to gather feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Following up on enquiries for available rental properties
  • Speaking with prospective tenants and answering their initial queries
  • Booking and coordinating property viewings
  • Following up after viewings to obtain customer feedback
  • Updating internal systems with enquiry and viewing information
  • Providing a friendly, professional and positive customer experience

About You

  • Immediately available and able to start ASAP
  • Confident and personable with an excellent telephone manner
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to customers throughout the day
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
  • Previous customer service, call centre, sales, lettings or property experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Happy to work 5 days per week from the Central Leeds office
