About Us
HB Accident Repair Network is a leading multi-site vehicle accident repair business, trusted by insurers and fleet operators to deliver high-quality repairs and outstanding customer care. We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Ellesmere Port team.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in making sure every customer has a smooth, stress-free experience while their vehicle is repaired. You'll manage bookings, keep customers updated throughout the repair process, and work closely with our technicians and estimators to ensure timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and handle vehicle drop-off/collection
- Manage phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide regular repair status updates to customers and insurers
- Liaise with workshop and admin teams to resolve queries
- Process paperwork accurately, including invoicing and insurance documentation
- Handle and resolve customer concerns, escalating where necessary
- Maintain a welcoming, professional front-of-house environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (automotive or insurance sector desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and managing multiple enquiries
- A calm, positive approach when dealing with customers under stressful circumstances
- Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
