Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent management and resolution of customer enquiries, requests, and complaints
- Managing workload to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets.
- Handling any customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Provide assistance with any invoice queries or disputes.
- Managing workload to achieve productivity, quality, and service KPIs
- Handling any incoming queries via email and phone.

Required:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience within the waste industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Multitasking skills and good organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations.
