We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, hardworking team at Premier Marinas' Swanwick Marina on the idyllic River Hamble.
As the face and personality of the marina, you will play a vital part in how we are viewed by berth holders and visitors to our site. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast-paced team in a great location.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
- A good understanding of enquiry and sales handling
- Ability to learn and use computer software systems
- "A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
This role will be primarily office-based but will also include some outdoor working and the rota will provide for working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Experience of boating would be advantageous but not essential. In all cases, we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
