Salary: £25,758.24 per annum + Bonus

About the Role

Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll support cardholders and clients by providing clear, accurate and friendly assistance across phone and email. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with processes and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Support cardholders with account access, transactions and product information
  • Investigate and resolve issues following internal processes and regulatory guidelines
  • Record all interactions accurately and maintain compliant documentation
  • Escalate complex cases when required
  • Identify trends and share feedback to improve service
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Compliance and Product teams

What you will bring:

  • Experience in customer service, contact center or financial services (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
  • Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using systems and following structured processes
  • Calm, empathetic and solutions-driven mindset
  • Positive attitude and strong team ethic
