Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bury
Salary: £25,350 - £26,500
Job Overview
Do you have previous contact experience, ideally working within Ecommerce?

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading online retailer and provide friendly, informative first point of contact support to customers. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential along with a confident phone manner, good technical knowledge as multiple systems are used, the ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst maintaining standards.

Working Hours
- 4 week days 9am - 5pm
- Saturday 8am - 3.30pm
