Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor or Sales Administrator looking for your next opportunity?

We are recruiting for a successful global manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester, who are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales administration and order coordination, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure a first-class service.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Handling customer and supplier enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Processing orders, quotations and sales enquiries.
  • Managing customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Building strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Updating customers on order progress and liaising with Production.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation.
  • Supporting Production Planning with relevant paperwork.
  • Coordinating meetings, visits and appointments.
  • Providing general administrative support and contributing to a positive customer experience.

The Person

We're Looking For Someone With

  • 2+ years' experience in customer service or sales administration.
  • Ideally experience of working in either the manufacturing or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • CRM experience.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The role is currently based in Oldham but will relocate to Bredbury later in the year. Due to limited public transport, your own transport is essential.
