Customer Service Advisor
Birmingham City Centre | £13.00 per hour | 12-Month Temporary Contract

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with account enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across every interaction.
- Build rapport quickly, listen carefully to customers' needs, and take ownership of enquiries through to resolution.
- Success in this role comes from balancing efficiency with genuine care, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

Role Details
- Pay: £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay
- Location: Birmingham City Centre
- Contract: 12-month temporary contract. Opportunities to secure a permanent position based on performance and business requirements
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- Full flexibility is required across operating hours, with shifts scheduled in advance
- Hybrid working available following training (3 days office, 2 days home)
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from people who:
- Have previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality, contact centres, banking, or a similar customer-facing environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver service with empathy and professionalism
- Are reliable, organised, and take ownership of their work while maintaining high standards
- Remain calm, solutions-focused, and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Are looking for a role where they can develop their skills and build a long-term career
