Who we're looking for:
We’re on the lookout for a vibrant individual to join our friendly 5* customer service team in Dinnington, Rotherham on a full-time permanent basis.
If you’re enthusiastic and eager to provide stellar customer service to all who work with chocolate and sweet ingredients, you could be the perfect fit for us.
Salary: £24,785 - £25,500 per annum
The role features:
- Taking phone calls and live chat conversations from existing and potential customers
- Placing customer orders
- Managing emails
- Providing advice and guidance on products, whilst delivering exceptional customer service
- Dealing with queries and solving problems
- Liaising with other departments
