This role may also be known as a Customer Solution Specialist, Complaints Handler, Customer Resolution Executive, or Customer Care Specialist.
We are currently looking for customer-focused problem solvers to join the team at our Customer Services offices in Huncoat, Lancashire!
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle a range of queries and complaints across multiple channels including Live chat, emails, and inbound calls. Working as a part of our highly driven team, you will make a real difference and valued contribution to our customer experience, focusing on providing solutions on the customer's first call where possible and ensuring we achieve our agreed service levels.
You will use your initiative, thinking outside the box, and liaising with other Bensons departments to find solutions, taking ownership of cases to ensure that all customer queries are resolved to a high standard. Demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and a positive 'can-do' attitude whilst troubleshooting the issue, ensuring that you deliver impeccable customer service and consistently delight our customers in all interactions.

Skills Needed
- Previous experience in a Customer Service setting. This does not need to be in a contact centre, we are looking for people from a range of backgrounds including the care sector, hospitality, retail, and obviously contact centres.
- Previous complaint handling experience with the ability to explain the situation & resolution in a balanced manner, always remaining calm and professional.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and use your own initiative.
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to show genuine empathy to our customers and understand their queries.
- Ability to work at pace and under pressure, meeting agreed targets and timelines.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook.
