Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Full time, 40 hours, including some weekends
Remote Working (After 8 to 16 weeks of on-site training)
Salary: £26,624.00 per annum + benefits
Start date: 3 November 2026
Shift Pattern: Our contact centre is open 8.00 to 20.00 Monday to Friday, and 8.00 to 18.00 at weekends. You will work on a rota that includes both weekday and weekend shifts. Weekend shifts are worked from home once training is complete. Weekday shifts are on site.

Overview of Position
Helping people thrive in a connected world! As a member of our Contact Centre team, you’ll support some of our 8 million+ customers and represent some of the biggest brands in telecoms and finance.
We are looking for great listeners and communicators to help our customers protect what matters most, getting them back on their feet when their mobile phone or gadget gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation, and other software
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
