The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Coventry site.

This is a varied, customer-focused role where you'll play an important part in delivering an excellent experience for our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring queries or issues are resolved effectively.

This isn't purely a desk-based customer service position. You'll work across both the office and out in the field, meeting customers face-to-face and working closely with colleagues across our service teams. You'll support with everything from resolving customer queries and complaints through to site visits, product fittings, stock checks and helping customers get the best from the services we provide.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities

You'll take ownership of the customer experience and act as an important link between our customers and our operational teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and following up customer queries promptly and professionally, working with both internal teams and customers.
  • Taking ownership of customer complaints, including attending customer locations where required to help achieve a positive resolution.
  • Coordinating solutions and following up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved effectively.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their individual service requirements.
  • Providing customers with guidance and education on the services and products available to them.
  • Supporting customer renegotiations where required.
  • Carrying out employee garment sizing and fittings at customer locations.
  • Completing rental stock checks and supporting locker installations and clear-outs.
  • Capturing and sharing Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to help us continuously improve our service.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships in line with agreed targets.
  • Working collaboratively with our service teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes and achieve shared performance targets.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with customers and is comfortable taking ownership when something needs resolving.

You'll Ideally Bring

  • Previous experience within a customer service, account management or sales-focused environment.
  • A genuinely customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Confidence dealing with customer queries and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • A full driving licence, as the role involves visiting customer locations.
