At Ayvens, progress starts with you.

Our ambitions to shape the future of sustainable mobility are powered by our talent. Join us, and get better with every move.

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Fleet Care team.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of Fleet Managers, helping them with everything from day-to-day queries to supporting key points in the vehicle lifecycle. You'll build strong relationships, solve problems and work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure customers receive the service and support they need.

No two days are the same. One day you might be helping a customer navigate a complex query, while the next you could be supporting contract renewals or working with our Sales and Operations teams to find the best solution for a customer.

If you enjoy building relationships, taking ownership and delivering great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Fleet Managers
  • Building strong working relationships and getting to know your customers' needs
  • Managing customer queries and requests from start to finish
  • Working with colleagues across Customer Service, Sales and Operations to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Supporting customers through the renewal process and maintaining accurate records
  • Helping customers get the most from our products and services
  • Providing administrative support across the customer journey, including quotes, orders and purchases
  • Attending customer meetings where appropriate to support relationship management
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled fairly and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
