About Us

At Ayvens, great service is at the heart of everything we do. Our Corporate Care team supports a wide range of customers, from fleet managers and drivers to banking and business partners, ensuring they receive the help and support they need throughout their journey with us.

We're Looking for a Customer Service Advisor

This is a varied role where you'll build relationships with Fleet Managers, support customers with day-to-day queries, manage renewals and work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for Fleet Managers across a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Providing a high level of customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers and understanding their specific requirements.
  • Supporting customers through the vehicle renewal process and helping to retain and grow existing business.
  • Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
  • Processing quotes, orders and other customer requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Keeping customer records and renewal trackers up to date.
  • Working closely with Sales, Account Managers and Operational teams to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
  • Attending customer meetings with Account Managers when required.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with company policies, FCA requirements and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by sharing ideas and best practice across the team.

Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or account management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
  • A proactive approach and a desire to find solutions for customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in helping to retain and grow customer accounts.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
