The Role
The Seasonal Customer Service Advisor is an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey and join the Customer Service team at our Milton Park, Abingdon office.
Contract Dates
- 1st October 2026 – 31st December 2026
- 1st October 2026 – 7th Jan 2027
Working Hours
- Fully onsite at our Milton Park office, 9-5pm with the opportunity for overtime.
- Saturdays: Required to work Tuesday - Saturday from the 23rd November onwards during this period.
- Festive availability: Available to work throughout the key Christmas trading period, including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls, emails, and live chats from customers across the UK and beyond.
- Taking phone orders with a friendly and professional approach.
- Using your product knowledge to make tailored recommendations and upsell.
- Handling queries and complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Logging queries accurately and keeping our systems up to date.
- Working closely with your team to keep response times sharp and customer satisfaction high.
- Being a true brand ambassador, making sure every interaction reflects our warm, thoughtful service.

About You
- Experienced in customer service (contact centre, retail, or hospitality).
- A great communicator – both written and spoken.
- Calm, confident, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Detail-focused with strong organisational skills.
- IT literate and comfortable working with customer databases.
- A real team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum GCSE Grade B in English and Maths is required.
