About the Company
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established business with the recruitment of a Remote Customer Service Advisor.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and professional individual who enjoys helping customers, resolving queries and delivering a high standard of service from home.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and online channels
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Process requests, orders and account updates
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with customers when required
- Help maintain consistently high customer-service standards

Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is desirable
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident speaking with customers by telephone
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Professional, patient and approachable manner
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer-management systems
- Able to work independently from home
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
