Salary: A GBP 26,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for an established manufacturing business in Exeter.
This is a varied, customer focused role where you will be responsible for handling retailer enquiries, processing orders and ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service. You will work closely with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse and Distribution to make sure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
The Role
- Handling incoming calls from retailers, responding to queries and providing accurate information
- Processing customer orders received by telephone, email and other channels
- Preparing order confirmations, invoices, pro:formas and other relevant documentation
- Working closely with warehouse and distribution partners to coordinate deliveries
- Calculating discounts, carriage charges and other order related costs accurately
- Maintaining accurate customer and order information within CRM system
- Providing adminsiration and customer service support to field:based Sales Team
- Building positive relationships with retailers and customers

About You
- Confident and professional communicator both over phone and in writing
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM / database systems
- Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Customer focused, approachable and able to build strong working relationships
- Quick learner who is comfortable developing knowledge of a varied product range
