Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Redditch on a temporary basis until January 2027, with potential for extension.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, supporting customers with their queries and ensuring they receive a professional and positive experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Resolving issues and providing accurate information
- Managing multiple queries while maintaining attention to detail
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- Working in line with relevant compliance and legislation requirements

What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities
- Previous call centre experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of compliance and relevant legislation would be advantageous

Working hours
- Monday – Friday | 8:45am – 5:00pm
- 📍 Location: Redditch
- 📅 Contract: Temporary until January 2027, with potential for extension
- 🚀 Start: Immediate start available following a successful interview
