Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working with high-quality products?

We’re working with a well-established premium brand based in Leeds City Centre, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and vibrant team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems and providing a genuinely high level of service. You’ll be joining a busy Customer Service team, dealing with customers by email and telephone, working closely with internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Role

As Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service in line with company standards
  • Process customer orders accurately via telephone and email
  • Respond to enquiries, resolve complaints and follow up on any issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Provide customers with accurate product and service information
  • Offer advice on product suitability and recommend suitable alternatives where required
  • Set up and maintain new customer accounts, ensuring information is accurate
  • Support other teams across the business when required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a customer service role, ideally with around 2 years' experience
  • Confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email
  • Professional, friendly and approachable
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
  • Calm and patient when handling queries or complaints
  • Naturally solution-focused with a genuine desire to help customers
  • Comfortable using standard office software and IT systems
  • A good team player who can also work independently
  • Switched-on, proactive and keen to learn

Previous experience working with products or within a premium/luxury customer environment would be beneficial, but attitude, communication and customer service skills are key.
