International Customer Service Advisor – Bilingual in Hebrew (FTSE 100 Role)
Position Overview
Join our dynamic International Customer Service Team at Next, the UK’s 2nd largest-fashion retailer, and support a global customer base across 130+ countries with friendly, efficient Hebrew and English support.
Role: Customer Service Advisor (Fluent Hebrew Speaker)
Job Details
- Rate of Pay: £16.99 per hour
- Shift Pattern: Rotating Sunday to Thursday (3 Sundays every 4 weeks), with a Friday in the remaining week (Peak trading periods: One additional paid 4-hour shift weekly)
- Location: Hybrid
- Primary base at Radar Road Contact Centre, Leicester (LE3 1UF)
- Minimum of one day per week in-office
- Start Date: 13th July 2026 (5-week onsite induction: Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm)
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support globally by:
- Delivering professional Hebrew (spoken & written) and English service across phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat
- Resolving orders, account queries, and tricky enquiries with a positive outcome every time
- Collaborating with internal teams (including couriers) to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records via internal systems while identifying process improvements
- Handling sensitive interactions with care, empathy, and professionalism

Your Qualities & Experience
We’re looking for:
- Crucially: Fluent in Hebrew (written + spoken) with strong English fluency
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (contact centre preferred)
- A problem-solving mindset with sharpened attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and an ability to master new tools quickly
- Passion for hospitality—you thrive on connecting, collaborating, and creating great experiences
Training & Development
5-week induction in Leicester (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm): ✔ 2 weeks paid training (systems, international processes, & tools) ✔ 3 weeks coaching with dedicated support as you settle in
