About The Role

A Customer Service Advisor - Hindi Speaking position is available in London with Pertemps London, based near London Bridge. This part-time, temporary contract offers £12.71 per hour for 20 hours weekly, scheduled Monday to Thursday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Supporting an established alcoholic drinks firm, you will assist the Sales team by fostering client relationships and promoting products. Duties include conducting research to deliver market and customer insights that inform sales strategies. The Role

As a Hindi-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by helping to drive customer engagement and maintain excellent client relationships. You will also conduct research projects to provide valuable market and customer insights that support sales activity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting products and supporting sales initiatives
  • Booking appointments for the Sales team
  • Managing and maintaining customer data and records
  • Processing invoices and related administration
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Conducting research projects to support the Sales team, including market, competitor and customer research
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and maintaining prospect databases
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries professionally

About You

  • Previous customer service, sales support, administration or research experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good data management, research and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • The ability to gather, analyse and present information clearly
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written) is essential
