About the Role

FTC 10 – 12 months

Make a real difference to the experience of thousands of customers every day. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice people turn to for support, helping to resolve queries, provide clear information and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll play an important role in representing Specsavers, building trust with customers and helping us deliver the outstanding service we're known for.

Responsibilities

In this varied role, you'll be supporting customers across a range of communication channels, responding to questions, resolving issues and providing guidance on our products and services. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you'll help maintain high service standards, contribute to team performance and ensure enquiries are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible. You'll also support the development of those around you by sharing knowledge and helping create a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and putting customers first in everything you do. You'll be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships, explain information clearly and remain calm when handling a variety of enquiries. Strong interpersonal skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team will help you succeed. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement are just as important as experience.
