Benefits

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm 1-hour lunch break daily
  • Saturday rota: 8:30am – 1:00pm (every third Saturday)

White Dove Motor Group is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy multi-franchise dealership in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a successful Aftersales team, acting as the vital link between our customers and workshop technicians.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience from vehicle check-in through to collection, ensuring every customer receives professional, knowledgeable and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey.
  • Maximise service profitability through professional and consultative sales techniques.
  • Promote awareness of all available retailer products and services.
  • Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently.
  • Accurately explain vehicle repairs, maintenance requirements and associated costs.
  • Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure customer concerns are clearly communicated.
  • Maintain high standards of departmental administration and process compliance.
  • Handle incoming telephone and customer enquiries professionally.
  • Support the Service Manager with daily operational activities.
  • Drive customer retention through outstanding service and relationship building.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised/main dealer environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience with Kerridge, ADP or Keyloop is advantageous but not essential.
  • VAG experience or accreditation would be beneficial but is not required.

Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
