White Dove Motor Group is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy multi-franchise dealership in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a successful Aftersales team, acting as the vital link between our customers and workshop technicians.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience from vehicle check-in through to collection, ensuring every customer receives professional, knowledgeable and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey.
- Maximise service profitability through professional and consultative sales techniques.
- Promote awareness of all available retailer products and services.
- Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently.
- Accurately explain vehicle repairs, maintenance requirements and associated costs.
- Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure customer concerns are clearly communicated.
- Maintain high standards of departmental administration and process compliance.
- Handle incoming telephone and customer enquiries professionally.
- Support the Service Manager with daily operational activities.
- Drive customer retention through outstanding service and relationship building.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised/main dealer environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience with Kerridge, ADP or Keyloop is advantageous but not essential.
- VAG experience or accreditation would be beneficial but is not required.
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
