Customer Service Advisor
Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer services in the financial services industry. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with any queries they have and ensuring you remain compliant with FCA guidelines.

- Hours: Mon-Fri Shifts Between 7am - 11pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Handling inbound calls across a range of products
- Putting customers first and using sound judgement to find the best solutions
- Owning queries from start to finish
- Spotting opportunities to improve how they work
- Collaborating with the wider Customer Services team
- Providing information in line with FCA regulations
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:

- Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
