Customer Service Agent – Japanese (M/F/D) (36 Hours Per Week)
Location: Radar Road Contact Centre, Leicester (LE3 1UF) Rate of pay: £14.66 per hour Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm During peak trading periods (up to 20 weeks), work one additional 4-hour shift weekly.
Start Date & Induction
- Begin 13th July 2026 with a 5-week onsite induction (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm) in Leicester.
The Role
Join our dynamic International team, supporting global customers with Japanese fluency. Provide a seamless, high-quality experience through phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve enquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-focused support in both Japanese and English across multiple channels.
- Handle enquiries (orders, account queries, logistics support) with a positive resolution mindset.
- Collaborate with internal teams and International couriers to investigate and resolve queries smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records while improving processes using our CRM systems.
- Manage challenging conversations with empathy, ensuring a professional and positive approach.

Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written).
- Strong English proficiency for communicating with a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., contact centres).
- Attention to detail with the ability to think quickly and solve issues.
- Familiarity with computer systems & CRM platforms and a willingness to learn.
- A passion for helping people, combined with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
