Job Description
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR
Bicester | Fresh Direct
£28,110 + £1,200 Annual Bonus + Brilliant Rewards & Recognition!

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with orders and enquiries via phone and email while making sure every interaction is handled with care, confidence and professionalism.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, with 8.5-hour shifts between 7am and 5pm, including 1 in 3 weekends. And there's more! Following successful completion of your probation, there is the potential for hybrid working.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding support to customers via phone and email
- Processing orders and collections accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer enquiries and maintaining the customer mailbox
- Working towards and achieving key performance targets
- Investigating customer issues and finding fast, effective solutions
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Taking ownership of queries from start to finish
- Working closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
- Turning customer challenges into great customer experiences!

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a customer service or office-based environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- A natural problem-solver who can make confident decisions
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations
- Comfortable using computers and managing multiple tasks
