Customer Service Adviser - Wolverhampton
PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting ambitious, driven customer service professionals to join a high-performing partner firm within its Mortgage & Protection Advisory network as Customer Service Adviser.
This award-winning network partner employs around 30 professionals, including Mortgage Advisers, Protection Advisers, and General Insurance specialists, operating primarily from offices in central Wolverhampton (free parking).
Salary: £25,000 basic salary plus performance-related bonus (realistic OTE £30,000)
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Contact Centre team based in central Wolverhampton.
As an Outbound Customer Service Executive, your role will be to proactively contact our existing customers, build positive relationships, and to help them identify solutions that meet their needs. You'll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience through friendly, professional, and engaging conversation.
You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and support from an experienced team within a positive and energetic working environment. We are passionate about developing our people and providing genuine opportunities for career progression.

What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to existing customers and introducing relevant products and services.
- Providing a professional, friendly, and helpful customer experience.
- Building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards suitable solutions.
- Following up enquiries and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout their journey.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets.
- Accurately recording customer interactions and updating internal systems.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the telephone.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Previous customer service or telephone-based experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Good tenures in previous roles.

Hours of Work
- Monday to Wednesday: 9:15am to 6:30pm
- Thursday: 9:30am to 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:30am to 4:30pm
