Description

We are hiring for our customer service team, so if you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, want to work for somewhere that makes a difference and you are a people person, we would love to hear from you!

Working as part of our successful Contact Centre based in Sheffield, the role of a Customer Service Advisor, in our Legal Helpline team involves handling Personal Injury enquiries that come into the firm and you will be proactively capturing relevant information on our systems.

If successfully shortlisted, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will be sent to the email address you used to apply for this position. Subject to successful completion, and selection you must then be available to attend our Sheffield office on Tuesday 25 August for a final stage interview.

  • Deal with and respond to telephone calls, emails and messages
  • Communicate in a professional timely manner
  • Carry out initial case assessments to determine the progression of a case - but don't worry we will give you all the training needed for you to be able to succeed in your role! So no previous experience is necessary.
  • In return, you will be working alongside lawyers who work on a diverse portfolio and highly prestigious cases. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to join a well established law firm and utilise their customer service skills whilst learning all about our legal helpline team.
