Job Title: Customer Care Advisor - Maternity Cover

Location: Clacton-on-Sea

Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 - 17:30

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through email correspondence.
  • Handling customer refunds in accordance with company policies.

  • Collaborating with chat bots to streamline customer support processes.
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with chat bots and live chat platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work one Saturday shift per week.
