The Role

We’re looking for a positive, people-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our London Depot team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and friendly experience for everyone who gets in touch. As the first point of contact, you’ll bring confidence, enthusiasm and a solutions-driven mindset to every interaction, helping customers feel supported from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries in a friendly, professional and engaging way.
  • Process customer orders and repeat orders accurately, keeping things running smoothly and meeting service expectations.
  • Support with customer complaints and returns, working proactively with internal teams to find positive resolutions.
  • Respond to questions about deliveries, orders and account details, keeping customers informed and reassured.
  • Spot opportunities to improve how we work and share ideas that enhance the customer experience.
  • Keep records up to date, complete reports and support with general administrative tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
