Customer Service Advisor
📍 Location: Deptford
đź•“ Full-time: 40 hours - 2 days OFF including Saturday Evening

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team during the night. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the care and professionalism we’re known for. If you have a passion for great service, strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You don’t need previous experience in customer service (but if you have is also good!), we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is bringing the right attitude: a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to helping people. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you on board.
What you will be doing:
- Handle customer orders, issues, and complaints by phone and email
- Work with various teams to ensure the smooth running of the daily ordering
- Identify and resolve problems to prevent any escalation
- Promote seasonal products to customers where relevant

What we are looking for:
- Possess similar experience in a previous role
- Excellent IT skills (able to learn new systems quickly)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and work well independently
- Working shift patterns: 5pm to 2am (this is a night shift)
- Available to work ASAP
