Do you thrive working independently at night, taking ownership of your workload and making a real difference to customers when they need support most?

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Nights) to join our FDIS Service team supporting customers living in military housing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit night shift team where you'll play a key role in ensuring repair requests and customer enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Working alongside a small team of dedicated colleagues, you'll manage customer communications primarily through email, helping to raise and coordinate routine repair requests while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Although you'll spend much of your shift working independently, you'll always have support available from your team and management when needed.

This is a hybrid role, with the majority of night shifts worked from home. Initial training will take place in our Liverpool office, 2 weeks of 9am-5pm, followed by monthly team engagement days in the office on the last Monday of each month, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and stay connected as a team.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a 4-on, 4-off rotation, working between 9:00pm and 8:00am, 365 days a year. This includes weekends, bank holidays and Christmas Day!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
