Role Description
The Customer Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Day-to-day tasks include:

Qualifications
- Candidates should demonstrate strong Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Candidates should possess a professional Telephone Manner and effective Customer Support abilities.
- Candidates should have solid Customer Service experience, ideally in food, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with basic computer systems and order management tools; willingness to learn new software as needed.
- Ability to work on-site in London, including occasional early starts or peak-season flexibility.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred; food industry experience is an advantage but not required.
