Salary: £25,951 (FTE), £14.21 per hour

Location: Birmingham Business Park (B37 7YD)

About the Role

The role is the first point of contact for our customers, and you will have problem solving conversations with customers every day. You will answer enquiries, ensuring resolution at first point of contact wherever possible, working to set KPIs. During quieter periods, you will also take ownership of e-mails enquiries. This is a key role in leading our company-wide drive to deliver customer service excellence, if you have what it takes to help us deliver that then we want to hear from you.

Shift Patterns

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a variety of different shift patterns, these are:

  • Weekends and Bank Holidays, 8am to 2pm
  • Weekends and Bank Holidays, 2pm to 8pm
  • Nights working 4 days on, 4 days off on a mix of shift patterns between 8pm to 4am and 12pm and 8am.

Where will I be working?

During your training period, you will work in our Birmingham office to be able to learn alongside your colleagues. This will be for the first 6 weeks. After this training period, you will be working from home, however you will also be required in the office occasionally for team working days.

What are we looking for from you?

  • Experience in a customer focused environment.
  • Commitment to getting it right the first time by resolving queries professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to use your empathy and people skills to be able to diffuse difficult conversations.
  • IT literate and good knowledge of Microsoft packages, as you will be required to use different systems whilst speaking to customers.
  • Ability to commute to our Birmingham Business Park (B37 7YD) office.
