As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play an important part in helping our customers feel supported and confident throughout their journey with us. Whether you’re answering questions, resolving issues, or providing updates, you’ll make sure every conversation is handled with care and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service across a range of enquiries. Every day will bring different conversations and challenges, so you’ll need to be organised, patient, and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You’ll listen carefully, take ownership, and work with colleagues across the business to make sure customers receive the right support at the right time.

  • You’ll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging conversations or complex enquiries.
  • You’ll be comfortable using computer systems to access customer information, record conversations, and update orders or cases accurately.
  • Good attention to detail will be important, as you’ll make sure information is correct and that agreed actions are followed through.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills will help you manage your workload and respond to customers within agreed timescales.
  • Most importantly, you’ll have a friendly, resilient, and ‘can do’ attitude, with the confidence to take ownership and make a real difference to the customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
